Yes, all new hires must complete our Remote Readiness Certification. It ensures you're equipped with the skills and tools needed to work securely and efficiently in a remote environment.

The certification fee is non-refundable, as it grants you a lifetime credential recognized across industries—even outside of Appen USA.

Reimbursements are initiated the same day your equipment arrives. Funds are typically deposited within 1–2 business days if you’ve set up direct deposit in the portal.

Simply upload your valid receipt through the self-service portal under the “Reimbursement” section. Our system will guide you step by step.

To ensure data security and IT compliance, all activation keys must be processed through our secure system. This also allows us to support and reimburse you properly.
